No breakfast information given, called and asked for a fork staff told me to go get it at the reception arriving at reception the lady said to go to a cafe outside of hotel to get it because the restaurant was closed and she was receptionist.went downstairs and the gentleman was super kind and helped us. The next morning the manager was super kind and helped us, providing us with breakfast. Needed soap because when the cleaning lady came forgot to restock the liquid soap. At check out the lady was super cool and the gentleman was super kind in helping us getting a cab for us. Overall good experience

Having stayed at many Westin properties in the past, this one was a slight disappointment for what I expect from the Westin. The property is dated and needs work. The fridge in our room was out of order and there was. Sign on it that said if we need a fridge to call down for one. Why not just put a working fridge in the room? Sink in washroom also dates and cracked. Side table had visible cracks in it.

The room are small and the bathroom could have been spotless but it wasn’t , we rent double bed room, we taught that it was small for a family of 4.

Nice central location. Close to subway station and points of interest. Rooms are average and kind of shabby. Concierge service was disappointing. She was not helpful at all and just handed me a pre printed restaurant sheet. No personalized service at all.
