“Very disappointing stay. The room I booked was already occupied when I arrived. I was moved to a smaller room that did not match what I paid for three people, and my children had to find accommodation elsewhere. The place was not very clean and had an unpleasant smell. The kitchen was dirty. I did not even wait for breakfast. I chcked out very early in the morning.”

“Convenient location and clean. Easy checkin with the key available from pub across the road. Had unusual single cup kettle and coffee maker and good selection of teas and coffees. Lights and bathroom tap were on timing sensors and both were a bit annoying particularly the tap when you were trying to fill a jug for the kettle. Bedclothing was a bit tired and there were only 2 fairly flat pillows on a standard size double bed. The thing I really didn’t like though was the musty smell of bedding……

“Room was very clean and tidy. The staff are amazing and there is loads of available parking to use. Great quiet location. This hotel is by far one of the best I’ve being to. If you get the chance get it booked.”

“Room 12, Single Room, Private Room, No Hot Water for Shower, parts of floorboard in bathroom missing and bottom panel of shower detached from shower tray. Carpet in Bedroom dirty and bitty. Bed mattress lopsided, bed uncomfortable. I understand it was cheap but you expect it to be clean and have basic functions.”
