"Hotel and staff was good. I came with an expectation of hotel shuttle since I went by Google reviews but I was surprised not to have shuttle to nearby stations. Its not so safe area. They did not provide early check-in as it might have busy. However hotel rooms, breakfast and staff were good."

"Our room was clean and comfortable. Some of the furniture could use some updating but the bed was fine. Nice breakfast space, and it was fully stocked."

"The stay had a bit of a mixed experience. Check-in started off with a very long line, which was frustrating at first, but once an additional associate stepped in, things moved along much faster and more efficiently. Unfortunately, the atmosphere during the evening wasn’t as pleasant. A guest from the room next to ours—who appeared to have had quite a bit to drink—was at the bar loudly complaining that it wasn’t happy hour and repeatedly claimed we were being too loud. Despite her behavior, we were the ones approached and warned about noise, which felt a bit unfair given the situation. We tried to be accommodating and even asked if we could relocate to the lobby sitting area, and were initially told that would be fine. However, once the night shift associate came on, we were told we could no longer sit there and would need to go outside instead. Considering it was about 40 degrees, that wasn’t a reasonable option. Overall, the inconsistency in communication and handling of the situation made for a frustrating experience. If you’re considering traveling with a group and hope to spend time together at the hotel, I would steer away from this one, as that doesn’t seem to be something they accommodate or encourage. "

"Check in was a breeze. We had 2 rooms. They were both extremely spacious which is always a plus. There is so much parking. Also a plus. The hotel staff was very pleasant. Only complaint I have is that my kids asked for toilet paper and front desk told them the house keeping had left and they distribute the toilet paper. Thank God we always carry extra. Also there are few toiletries and if you have long hair bring your own shampoo and conditioner. It is pet friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. The hotel lobby is very inviting. Smelled fresh every day. The flower arrangements were pleasing for the most part. Its cold so the 2 hibiscus in the front door area are still waking up. They served breakfast which is my favorite thing . They had the waffle make which makes it for the best. Breakfast otherwise was " ok" in my kids words. They have a lovely patio and a mini mini golf area. There is a gas grill if you feel like cooking up some steaks. Their 350 grill has been permanently closed but now they have another area called the Loft. We skipped it. The grounds are well kept. There are some run down areas but for the most part I think this hotel was perfect for my price rage and location. It is lovely and in a very safe part of town."
