“This was one of the worst lodging experiences I have ever had. I booked this property out of necessity after my flight was cancelled and I urgently required accommodation for the night. Upon arrival, I rang the doorbell multiple times and received absolutely no response. Another guest was also present, and we were both left standing outside with no communication or assistance whatsoever.
The situation became even more unacceptable when the weather deteriorated and it began snowing. Only after……
