Perfect for flexible, monthly, or extended stays, our fully-furnished apartments offer full kitchens, in-unit laundry, fast WiFi, and private patios or balconies. Unwind on nature trails, enjoy a game of pickleball or cornhole, or cool off in the resort-style pool.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.

The apartment was very nice and spacious. It was very clean and had modern appliances. It had nice pots and pans and everything that we needed for the weekend.The facility is quiet and has a nice pool and a nice gym.The check-in was a little troublesome but the property manager responded immediately and helped us get to our apartment quickly. This property is about 20 min from Gainesville so it worked well for us as we were visiting our son who goes to UF.Overall, this was a great stay!
