The location was accessible and central. We had one brief Wi-Fi problem but William was able to diagnose and provide a fix quickly. “Everything was nice and comfy. We enjoyed our stay. I was able to relax and enjoy watching tv while my husband was working during the day. The beds and couches were very comfortable. Everything was clean. The only reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness instead of 5 is that there was a used bath cloth left in the bathroom and there was hair on the bathroom walls and in the shower. I’m sure this will be addressed though because the owner is very responsive and helpful. I would stay again and would……

The owner was courteous and helpful, giving us good direction when we had questions. The location was perfect for our needs, close to Ford Center, downtown. I would rent this house again, should the need arise.”
