"This is a beautiful, 2 bedroom condo that was hard to leave. The home is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you need for a very comfortable stay. Tina and Jim are excellent hosts and had a wonderful basket full of goodies on the counter along with a personalized welcome greeting and card waiting for us. The deck overlooks a large pond and tidal creek and there is big lawn with a fire pit for cooler evenings. We would definitely stay there again. Larry & Sherri"

"Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood right across the river from downtown Salem and most attraction. Very walkable when the weather is nice. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for groups traveling together. Communication with the host was easy, Meg was very responsive. Decent sized outdoor space with a grill and patio furniture. "We stayed for a show at Bernie’s; Blue Chill was the perfect location for us to walk to the beach, the show, and everything else. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a great meal. The back deck was very relaxing, great sunset spot. Highly recommend, and the hosts were very responsive."

"Stayed in Marblehead for a Celebration of Life. The house was comfortable, had a large yard for the kids to play in and the 1 year old learned to climb stairs (totally his option LOL), Rooms are larger than you expect and plenty of room to find your own space. I would recommend it for a family and it is pet friendly. Thanks Bill for letting us stay there."

In a quiet neighborhood but within easy access to great restaurants, shops and entertainment. And only a short walk to the ocean. Francie and Bob are very gracious hosts. They are meticulous and warm in their attention to detail. All the simple things that make you feel welcome. The Sweet is well cared for both inside and out. "Lovely house made us feel right at home even with 2 kids and two dogs! Slight issue getting in on the first night but owners were available and able to help us right away. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday but this would be great place to stay in the summer too! Several places to eat at the end of the street."

"Quiet, conveniently located, fabulous apartment in Gloucester. Hosts were very nice and accommodating, even accepting parcels in advance of our stay. We had all 4 seasons during our 6 night visit and although we were challenged operating the air/heat mini splits, the host immediately set temperatures of each room for us, several times. "A lot to like about this cottage - very close to beach, on a quiet dead end laneway, all new kitchen, very clean, good outdoor space with comfortable seating, grill, umbrellas, patio lights, good communication with owner. The only downside is that it's really small inside with a steep low ceilinged staircase. We were all over 65 and feared falling on it, even the shortest hit their head on one part of the ceiling! It's a vintage cottage, so just be forewarned. In the overpriced vacation rental...
