“Breakfast: not much protein. Only yellow frozen hard boiled eggs and not enough sausage gravy to smother the hard, dry biscuits. Parking was safe and good”

“It's very clean and good. But no elavator for customer fir room in 2nd floor.”

“Neat, clean, safe. We were able to book last minute during a cross country drive. Room had coffee maker and k-cups, bottled water, microwave. In addition to sending arrival information via email, a representative from the hotel called me to ensure we had our room number and door code. This extra step was greatly appreciated, especially as we were traveling and arriving late. Thank you!”

“We had a spacious room with a balcony. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Breakfast was also very good. I appreciated the round-the-clock coffee. Close to Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and Jewel Cave, among other Black Hills sites.”

“There were bugs in our room, bugs in the pool & the hot tub. I tried to tell the front desk, but he was hanging out with a kid and some women in the lobby, & the bugs were already there”

“The property is really run down and in need of updating. The staff tried to overcome the obstacles they are stuck with in regards to the hotel condition. Check in is at 3pm, we arrived at 7:30 and our room had not been cleaned yet and we had to wait an additional hour before we could get in. The key card lock on our door would not work and we had to have the front desk let us in 3 separate times. The show was never hot and was luke warm at best, the fsucet on the sink did not have cold water……

“Kitchen very well stocked, bed and linens good, cute exterior and interior. Bathroom lighting inadequate and bathroom sink tiny and recessed behind mirror - awkward. Instructions for the TV remote would have been helpful - we were not able to figure out how to change channels, It was too cold to experience the inviting Firepit and seating inside the wrought iron fenced patio. All in all a charming unique property.”
