Comms with owner none existent other then a couple of automated messages once I had paid. Not enough towels within the property for all guests no hot water for washing up asked for assistance from owner message never acknowledged. 「Great communication from owner before & after stay. property was clean, but tired in places. We were heading to Alton Towers so was a perfectly good place for 1 night at a reasonable price. 」

「Our stay was amazing The Chapel was in a beautiful location, a 2 min walk to the local pub and excellent for walks. Th hosts were very accommodating with a sample of some local treats , wine and beer. We will definitely stay again and would fully recommend 」

「Just what we needed for a short stay visiting family in Newcastle under Lyme. So kind of the owner to provide fresh milk and tea and coffee and biscuits plus toiletries in the bathroom. Comfy beds, cosy living room and well equipped kitchen. Only lack was no freezer so couldn’t re-freeze our cool box blocks but to be fair listing does say this. We are at the local pub and had a delicious meal. Loads of places to visit within 45 mins. We chose Hawkestone Park Follies this visit. Hope we can...
