「I think the staff tried their best, but was overwhelmed. They were friendly and apologetic, but my breakfast order never arrived and there is little to eat for vegetarians in the restaurant. What is on the menu was drowned in oil. My bath didn't have hot water and everything is quite outdated. It has it's charm but it's not practical at all. Another note: to spare water, the advice is to leave your towels on the rack if you want to use them again. Despite doing so, my towels got replaced anyway...

Was disappointed with the soundproofing of the room as I could hear the people in room 9 snoring all Friday night ( I had little if any sleep) and I am registered partially deaf in both ears. I did comment to the receptionist in the morning and was told the rooms in the main house were better soundproofing as regards to maybe staying again in the future.」
