“The continental breakfast, was basic. Muffins, instant oatmeal, some fruit, and coffee. It would be nice if they had cereal or a waffle maker.”

“Been here many times. The place is always clean. Friendly. Has many options for meals. Snacks. Treats. And sweets. Staff go out of their way for your family to have a personalized experience. Especially for a child’s birthday. Pool and hot tub and slide were great. Room had a pile of extra bath towels. Kitchenette had real dishes and utensils. No issue to park or to use wifi or hook kids video games to tv. Kid really enjoyed his stay. He felt important. Thank you.”

“Breakfast was amazing! The room was great, however, our bathtub was quite leaky and our AC unit projected some debris, which was unappealing. Staff was very helpful and stay was comfortable otherwise!”

“As I said before. I found broken glass upon arrival when I was hanging up my coat. I told front desk staff and I could have changed my room. But opted in staying. Also very noisy room”

“一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.”

“We booked two family rooms ( for 6 peoples) and called in advance to inform that we need to stay on the same floor. Staff said they have a remark, but they didn’t arranged and not available. Rooms are good.But only the sofa double bed very uncomfortable. We enjoyed the slider in the swimming pool. But the hot top water are very dirty and you can smell the water was too irritating. Breakfast was good. Pancake machine can make a great pancake by yourself. We enjoy the stay. ”

“Not the friendliest staff upon check-in. Which I thought was odd for Newfoundland. Drug addicts hanging around the property. Carpets were dirty in the lobby. Laundry room was only accessed from outside and had not been cleaned in some time with black mold in the ceiling. Rooms were outdated and black mold in shower as well. We left a day early and found another hotel room. Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.”
