“One of the best mid-range hotels I've ever stayed at. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was spacious, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. Bed was very comfy. The full size chocolate bar from Newfoundland Chocolate Company was such a cute (and delicious) welcome gift. The full-sized walk-in shower was also gorgeous and not something you always get at this price point. Would definitely recommend the property and will stay here again on future trips to St. John's. ”

“We recently stayed in a Harbourview room and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. One of the standout features was definitely the view. Overlooking the harbour, it offered a beautiful backdrop both day and night. The location of the hotel is unbeatable. It's within walking distance to several key attractions including the Northeast Trail, Signal Hill, Quidi Vidi, and the Terry Fox……

“Check in 時員工告知泳池沒有開，可以幫我們取消，但我們已經去到了，便要求升級房間，職員很好讓我們升級了。房間其實很不錯，整潔的。每位員工也親切有禮。只是裝修比較舊式，床也睡得舒適，房間只有一個USB插頭充電。洗手間廁紙有待改善，是薄紙張不吸水的。吹風機上的膠已溶化，黏手的。健身房設施也不錯只是水機裏面沒有熱水，早晨款式不多，薯角不好吃，其他還可以。整體來說十分滿分有八分”

“There is an open beam ceiling and exposed stone wall in the room. Lots of space as well. The hotel is well located, close to restaurants, bars, and attractions. Our only issue was the breakfast; we were there for four nights and the continenetsl breakfast was the same each day which got s bit tiresome. Otherwise it was a great place to stay!”
