“I love this hotel. Enjoyed the spa, the restaurant and the live music. But most of all I appreciated the speedy & very helpful check in. Daniel at the door was exceptionally helpful. Thank you for taking care of our luggage and car so we could make our spa appointment on time. ”

“The check in clerk was AMAZING and very apologetic and accommodating. The house keeping staff however are NOT doing their job!! Our first room wasn't even cleaned at all. Lights on, tv on, bed unmade, towels in the bathtub. Went back and again, the check in clerk was very nice and gave us a new room. This room however obviously hadn't been swept and there was BROKEN GLASS on the floor in numerous spots throughout the suit (bathroom behind door, in front of mini fridge, between bed and……

“When we arrived it turned out they didn’t have our reservation from Expedia and were fully booked. This was a frustrating situation especially when it was our first stop on our vacation. The staff were quick to solve the problem and moved us to the Leaside Manor down the road where we were greeted by amazing staff that helped us settle in with ease. Big thanks to everyone that helped us from the Monastery and Leaside Manor. ”

“Very well situated in downtown St. John's, walking distance to everything! Friendly staff, plenty of amenities, and an amazing restaurant The Bivver. Will definitely revisit!”

“一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.”

“We booked two family rooms ( for 6 peoples) and called in advance to inform that we need to stay on the same floor. Staff said they have a remark, but they didn’t arranged and not available. Rooms are good.But only the sofa double bed very uncomfortable. We enjoyed the slider in the swimming pool. But the hot top water are very dirty and you can smell the water was too irritating. Breakfast was good. Pancake machine can make a great pancake by yourself. We enjoy the stay. ”
