"We spent 5 nights total at the hotel.
The 2nd night, our room or bathroom wasn't cleaned (we had to connect with the front desk for refills on body wash and conditioner, as well as toilet paper).
The 3rd night, our room was half cleaned (only 1 of 2 beds were made).
The 4th night, my child was playing with her toys and she yelled she seen a bug. It was a big silver fish. Contacted the front desk, advised of this they asked if it was in the bathroom, I told them it was in the walk way. We were told we would switch rooms (which we did), and someone will bring up the new room key & help us move (no one helped us move our belongings).
My child loved the pool - when asked for the slide to be turned on, the front desk reported they were contacting someone to do same. 30 minutes later it was not done, and another request was made.
I don't think I'll return to the hotel."
