「We had a really lovely stay in The Yurt — it had everything we needed and was so warm and cosy, even in November. The hot tub was brilliant, especially for a bit of star gazing in the evenings. The attention to detail throughout was fantastic, and we really appreciated the little touches — including the wagon to ferry our things from the car to The Yurt. All the information we needed was laid out clearly in a detailed booklet, which made everything really easy. Charlie was incredibly helpful...

"Room Room was tidy and good; well equipped except there is no hair dryer. Even we requested for hairdryer a couple of times, it never appeared throughout our 4-days stay. No bottled water in room. Booking before I booked a room for 2, asked for twin bed at time of booking as I was travelling with my parent. The hotel replied with 2 upgrade options, both available only at nearly doubled price. In another word, a studio does not have 2 beds. "
