TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”

“When you stay at a boutique hotel there are different expectations a guest must have. The Symphony Hotel offers a comfortable bed, but a close living space. The room is furnished in an antique motif, with a mini-fridge, a Firestick TV, and that's nice but you really can't move freely in a room that compact (one chair, no desk). Our Innkeeper was very nice and accommodating. After returning from a concert, we stopped at the bar area for drinks. The street is quiet and parking is across the……

“The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked……

“Do not take your truck, they can’t accommodate bigger vehicles so parking is an issue. Also we asked for a one hour late check out and we were told nope. Not real accommodating.”

“Did not have warm water. After 1 minute cold water the entire room smelled like a sewer. The bath was also moving 1-2 cm. In the elevator there was the wetter of Jan-2026. We are now end of July. Did receive an other room but after the switch we left one adapter in the old room and we noties this and were able to have a look. The adapter was gone and the next day we requested of housekeeping had found if but unfortunately not. Old tired furniture, not worth Westin standard. Only positive things……

“The picture when we booked the rooms were beautiful. When we arrived the bed was like sleeping on concrete. We had popcorn in our room that we didn't have. We was so upset about the stay we left at 3:30 in the morning. We had to sleep on a sofa because the bed was so bad.”
