Beach Vacation

Stayed here with my daughters and grandkids and we had a great time. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. When we arrived there was a welcome basket with a nice note. We felt at home here.

Great house, great location

This is a great house with a great location. Really close to the pier and fun zone. I wouldn't change a thing with the upstairs but the downstairs can be a little stuffy. Not enough ventilation but overall, I would stay here again.

Very nice accommodations, ease of use for everything, greate location!

Very much liked our stay. Check-in process was easy. Location was central. Everything worked and was conveniently placed where needed. The house as a whole was an awesomely pleasant surprise and proven to be a huge enjoyment. Did not want to leave. Highly recommend.

The second story of this house is so great!

House is beautiful and clean. Second story has 2 patios and opening those doors creates a great cross breeze. We stayed there with our young children and adult children. There was plenty of space, though everyone gravitated to the second story due to the wonderful open air feel and patios. We would stay here again.

Amazing Location!

This is a wonderful home in an amazing location! The home is equipped with all beach necessities including bikes, chairs, toys, and a cooler! We had a minor issue with the dishwasher and it was fixed within an hour. The only down side is that bedroom number three doesn’t have a door so there’s really no privacy in that room at all. Other than that, the place was great!

As advertised

This was my first time renting a VRBO and was happy with the result. The handful of phone calls I made to the property manager with questions were answered immediately every time. The house was clean and stocked with basic kitchen necessities, and in the garage were four bikes in good condition, a beach umbrella, four lawn chairs, and various beach toys for kids. Also inside were a four or five fans and staying cool at night was not an issue with the lack of AC. The location is perfect for walking to the beach as well as the various shops and restaurants - a great place for a beach getaway with kids!

A wonderful family vacation!

The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was fantastic. Just a short walk to restaurants, bars, coffee places, it has a 3-4 mile bike path on the beach side with all kinds of fun stops. The house included bikes, the garage was perfect for our 4Runner as parking would have been difficult. The bay side is only a 1-2 block walk to where additional restaurants, shops and bars are located. Also the Catalina Flyer (ferry) is right there so a day trip to Catalina Island was a real treat too! The trip was just fantastic, my children loved their first trip to California (from Texas) and we'll definitely be back!!

Spring Break Getaway

This house was perfect for our family of 5 (teenagers too). There was enough space for all of us, and the patios created even more room and fresh beach air. The location is perfect and all the beach extras and bikes were an added bonus. We would definitely come back for another stay.

Perfect Weekend

This is such an amazing place this description does not do it justice. The house itself was a blast for the kids with games galore. The patio is absolutely beautiful and flows into the upstairs living room allowing for ocean breeze and conversation to flow easily. The property managers could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The location is spectacular with the beach and the Fun Zone just steps away. Cannot recommend the property more highly, we had an incredible time.
