Great Access

The property was excellent. Great access to the Beach, 2 parking spots. Easy walk for Coffee and snacks. The AC was nice do the the Heat wave for sleeping. Will rent this on again!

Steps away from the Beach!

Great Beach Property with Great Management! We felt right home and our family of 6 had a great time. The kids loved that they didn't have to put on shoes to go out to the beach and we enjoyed the comfortable sofa at night watching movies and listening to the waves crash outside. We would definitely stay at this property again! Thank you, Tower 17 Properties, for being so friendly and professional.

Great location

Location was excellent. House overall was clean minus an ant problem which I think is common in the area. You are right across the street from the beach which was great. They do limit the number of people you can have stay which I wasn’t aware when I booked. We didn’t have a huge group so it didn’t pose a big problem, just wish that was more clear up front. Bedding and kitchen utensils seems a bit worn. But overall the family had a body and it was a nice place to stay.

The bathtub drains really slow and needs a plumber to clear it.The flooring transition pieces from kitchen needs fixing.Most of all the BBQ is in need of replacement.Location is great and love the layout and the fact that it has A/C is a plus.Not being able to BBQ was a big let down tho.Last year the manager meet us on day 1 for check in and the last day for check out,this year we never saw him.

Was very happy with the place, it was spacious for our family of 5 and the location to the beach was perfect. Having 2 parking spots was the cherry on top, would love to go back!
