Down the hall, you will find all 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 full beds and an en suit bathroom that has double access from the hall as well. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom with a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. Next door is the last bedroom with another queen bed and a built in desk area.



Off the hall, you'll find the door that leads up the stairs to the rooftop deck with ample seating and a BBQ. Perfect for serving up grilled goods during a beautiful sunset.



This home has a shared garage with the lower unit's guests with one designated parking spot. Larger vehicles may not fit, as the garages in Newport homes tend to be more compact. Street parking is also available.

-Must be 26 or older to book and stay on property through out the entire stay.

-10 pm noise curfew ordinance strictly enforced by Newport Beach Police

-Must provide your email and be able to access our company online portal for house info.

-No parties or gatherings.

-We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.
