Great location for getting around on foot. My family cooks a lot even when traveling. This place had a modest amount of cookware and dishes to accommodate our needs. The place was clean but better attention to detail was needed in kitchen.

Perfect location between Balboa and the Beach

Loved this apartment, it was clean, great location and the owner was very available and open to our suggestions. We would definitely stay there again on our next trip.

Great accommodations!

This condo worked out perfectly for a mother-son get away to see the ocean. I was so happy our Ford Explorer barely fit in the garage too. It was neat to have both the bay and the ocean So close. We would stay here again.

We had so much fun at this charming condo. The place was clean, cute, and in a perfect location for being close to things but still quiet in the evenings. The manager Kathy is super attentive and accessible. We will definitely be back!

The house is centrally located in the heart of Balboa near the fun zone.

This makes it an awesome location for local fun with the kids or a day trip to Balboa or Catalina Island. My friends and I loved the beach motif of the house, the comfort and the location. We enjoyed time in the sun and the local restaurants for seafood and drinks. I would recommend this property for a vacation with family, friends or any occasion.

Great Getaway!

We stayed here as a family of 3 and really enjoyed this condo. Roomy enough for us and the location was great. Easy walk to the ocean and so close to the bay. We were able to walk to dinner and then enjoy the Fun Zone after. We also utilized the beach chairs and towels when we went to the ocean. Great place to stay and we would come again!

We had a great time here! Location is so close to the "fun zone!"

This home is clean, quite, safe and super close to the water! Right near the fun zone and the ferry boat, and a short walk to the ocean font beach! Near great dining, bike rentals and everything you need for a relaxing weekend in a beach town. The beds were super comfy, kitchen had everything you would need, super clean and beach cozy! Also had a beach bag that came in handy, beach towels and beach chairs! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great place in the bay

This place was great. We loved the updates but also the original charm of a beach cottage. We spent time on the dock. The location was great...close to bay, beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. we loved it!!! The decor is also very nice and the kitchen had pretty much everything you need, minus the food.

The entire experience was top notch. Kathy is an excellent host and amazing communicator. The condo was perfectly clean, stocked, and as described. Location was perfect for our stay. We were able to walk everywhere and explore the beautiful balboa peninsula and island. Highly recommend!

Kathy was an amazing host. The location was perfect & the house was Awesome!

Kathy was such a awesome host. All the extras made it extra special, drinks, truffles etc. We had one minor issue and it was fixed very quickly. I would stay here again. Walking distance to everything you need and cover parking if you have a smaller vehicle.

Memorial Day Weekend.

Great location! Unit was clean and everything in working order. It was nice to have the little touches of shampoo, soaps, toothpaste. Again the location was perfect. Didn't even need to get into the car once. Plenty of things to do in the area.
