Great value

A great find. This unit has amazing private off street parking in a huge driveway. There is truly lots of value at this price with everything you'd need curated for the stay.

Great Newport Studio

Had a little snafu upon move in. The place was not clean due to some kind of miscommunication with the cleaning crew. Had to stay one night at a hotel which was reimbursed by the management company and they provided a credit for the cleaning fee as well. Communication with the management company was frequent, but every person I spoke to I felt like I had to explain to them what was going on. They seemed willing to help, but really felt like too many people involved with me in the middle. All in all, it was a great location. When people move into the place above this unit, be aware that the noise will be noticeable. I had a family with kids that liked to run everywhere between Christmas and New Years. Sounded like a herd of elephants coming through for a few days.

Definitely not as nice as you'd think

My wife and I stayed here for a little over two months and there were a lot of problems with this house. This was a garage that the owner turned into an apartment. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything that the main house does (every single foot step). The electrical was big problem for us for the first month and half as the breakers popped every time we plugged something in. The front door doesn't seal all the way so you will get a consistent amount of dust on the floor daily. The internet is connected to two other rentals and the modem in behind a locked door in one of the other houses. The AC unit in the bedroom would randomly stop working.

Small but sweet for 2

Loved the walkability to beach (2 miles) and 17th restaurants and grocery (1 mile). Large bedroom and bath for such a small apartment. Very good response from Vacasa when questions arose.
