The Wynndom Beach Townhouse was just completed recently with professional exterior and interior design. (Please see our other townhouse in the same building that is 3 bedrooms https://www.vrbo.com/597456 or rent both units for a larger gathering)

1. LOCATION! Our home is on the 100 block just a few houses back from the sand. You can hear the waves while enjoying white water views of the surf and pier.

2. Newly built from the ground up! Enjoy all the modern luxuries our home has to offer. Pictures are worth more than words…

3. Convenient parking. We offer an enclosed garage and a car port (tandem parking). This makes loading/unloading very easy.

4. Fully stocked kitchen. Any gourmet chef will find necessary ingredients for preparing their meals. Enjoy complimentary coffee on us as well.

5. Roof top deck. Enjoy memorable sunsets on our private rooftop deck. Sip your favorite wine next to the outdoor fireplace while enjoying your friends and family. Our outdoor bbq is a 6 burner with refrigerator and sink for the gourmet chef.

6. Outdoor shower. Enjoy our warm outdoor shower conveniently placed to keep your stay free of sand.

7. Free Wi-Fi to help you stay connected, upload pictures, and surf the internet.

8. Full size washer and dryer. Pack lightly and take advantage of our in-home front loading washer & dryer that includes detergent and fabric softener - free to use.

9. Enjoy our large screen LED TVs located throughout the home, which includes cable TV.

What a convenient location! What a well equipped kitchen! What a lovely home!We’ve stayed at 3 other close-by rentals and none can hold a candle to the downstairs, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom unit with private access to the rooftop deck. We’re already making plans to return.

Close to the beach and restaurants, shops, pier. Property was spacious, clean and well appointed. If staying in summer, could get warm with no AC and having to close windows at night due to noise. Upstairs unit was loud walking and running and their vehicle was oversized so really made parking next to it cramped. I literally could not get out of my vehicle. Ended up having to pay for parking during the day and move for street sweeping. Host was very responsive and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Fun house in a great location. Loved the roof top terrace. The neighbors had a different schedule than we did, but nothing disturbing. Overall, really nice.

Everything was great. The only thing I wish the owner conveyed was how hot it was on the second story during day and at night. We had a baby temperature gauge, and during day it was 83 degress and at night it didn't get much cooler, around 80 degrees. Its extremely uncomfortable to sleep anywhere in the country being 80 degress with windows open and fans on high. The owner stated it had no Ac, but didn't mention it didnt get cooler than 80 degrees while sleeping. Get AC in the unit, spend the money, don't be cheap.

Great location, close to everything!

Nicely done 2 bed 2.5 bath. Single car garage and carport give you two off street parking spots, which is very important in the tight quarters of this neighborhood. We just rented bikes, one block over and rode everywhere from this central location. Anthony is a great help and communicates all through the process. I highly recommend!

Fantastic House and Perfect location

The house was fantastic! The beds were comfortable. The couch was great, the bathrooms were great. The rooftop spot was fun. It was very nice to have a designated parking spot with a small garage to put all of our beach stuff. We've already paid for/reserved our next stay here next year!
