Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was an amazing house in a great location. I have been to Newport dozens of times and this was by far one of our top three vacation rentals. Easy access to the beach and everywhere else that you want to go in Newport. I give it a two thumbs up. 👍🏻👍🏻

Great property and great communication w Mgmt

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was looking for a property last minute in Newport Beach for spring break and was having a difficult time finding something to suit my wish list. I called and spoke with Sara on the phone and she directed me to their lower level 29th St property. Is was a compact but beautifully remodeled home with an excellent location that was walking distance to just about everything. Management was very friendly and responsive and the property was beautifully designed and built ( and i am EXTREMELY picky as we own renovate and manage over 30+ luxury multimillion dollar properties in Scottsdale, AZ). I’ve already recommended this particular home and I will definitely book with them on our next stay to Newport Beach! A few notes: 1. it would be great if they had one or two beach umbrellas to use2. I believe the listing said they didn’t provide beach towels so we brought our own since we were driving and had the space, but it turns out they did have a nice supply of beach towels in the upstairs cabinet.3. as with all multi unit/multi-story properties, if you are in the lower unit, you will definitely hear footsteps above at various times. I keep a noise app on my phone to drown out any footsteps above.
