The home was clean and comfortable. The views were spectacular. It was a very nice relaxing trip. The sound of the waves at night was great. We loved sitting on the downstairs patio having coffee in the mornings and sipping a cold beer on the upstairs balcony in the evening. Check in was easy and the property management communication was helpful. Check out was easy, even though we didn't want to leave.

Beautiful house right on the beach

We had an amazing stay at this property. It is in a great location in Newport Beach, with a 15 min walk into town near the Pier with restaurants, stores, etc. We spent a lot of time on the patio which is right on the beach. Loved the window-filled house with second patio on the balcony upstairs. Nice, clean rooms with a lot of space. Easy parking in the garage. Will definitely stay here again!

An amazing property to soothe the days of vacation and make your worries fall away We really enjoyed the layout and with people of different ages and priorities - everyone had a place to play, watch baseball, read, and meal times inside and outside were a real pleasure The sunsets were beautiful and easily seen right from the window where we enjoyed dinner each evening The manager was easy to communicate with and took care of all our needs promptly Overall a stress free, time of joy for our 2 families for fall break that will long be remembered for the magical time we spent together and at the beach - on the beach Enjoy your trip to this beautiful place
