Superb location!

We couldn't get over how great the location of this property is - so convenient for fun at the beach. We made a few trips by foot to the nearby grocery store. The apartment's kitchen is fully stocked; beds were comfortable; bathrooms plenty spacious for our our group of 5.

Great Stay!

The rental was perfect for our beach trip to Newport. It was clean and everything was there that we needed. Communication with the host was very good and they responded very quickly to questions we had. The location was also perfect as the beach was so close. The garage space also fit my SUV, so that was a plus as well! Would absolutely stay there again.

I arrived on my daughters birthday with a ton of food to host dinner that night. The refrigerator was not cold so I moved food to freezer so it wouldn't go bad. When the appliance man finally showed up, he took all the food out of the freezer and it was ruined. I have no clue why he took it all out when it was working, he barely spoke english so i had a hard time talking to him. Also, this house had a terrible smell when we walked in so I had to go buy glade plug ins that helped a ton. The drawers in the master bedroom do not open so it was a nightbare putting clothes away. This house is cute, but kitchen is very small and two people can't walk next to each other. Its worth 4-5k for the week, I got robbed at 9k with all my food ruined and no reimbursement for the food. And it was my daughters birthday so we couldn't host since my kitchen was a mess. I get things happen, but they didn't seem to care at all and her night was ruined along with our food.
