Renovated Modern Coastal 8 Bedrooms 4.5 Bath home with 2 private attached garage parking, BBQ grill, 1 oversized Patios, 2 Living room Spaces. This home is without a doubt one of the nicest and most private vacation homes in Newport Beach!

Our home includes 2 Smart TVs, WiFi, Propane BBQ, Washer & Dryer, Linens, Beach/Bath Towels.

Located just steps to the beach, this unique home is an architectural work of art. The home has been designed to maximize its prime location in one of Southern California's most desirable areas. Embodying the ideal of "beach chic meets soft contemporary".

For those of you looking to spread out and enjoy your own space this is the home for you! This is a duplex home that is perfect for large families or a group of friends looking to enjoy the peaceful beach that is your backyard.

Guests Can access the Upper and Lower Level of the Home, Oceanfront Patio and the ENTIRE Garage.

​​​​​​​IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:

- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.

-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.

- Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.

- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.

- Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation.

- Primary guest must be 30+ years old and present throughout the entire reservation.
-This home Includes the Oceanfront Rooftop Patio & Oceanfront Patio.
- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beach goers should be expected. Construction in upstairs unit through April 2024
-We provide (2) Garage Parking Spots (Small or mid-size only NO SUV's)
-Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
-Portable freestanding 12,000 BTU AC units are available to rent at a fixed rate of $399 each for up to 7 nights. Max 3 units per house.
-Crib/Pack n' Play & High Chair must be requested prior to your stay.
- This home has no HVAC system and no air conditioning, although box fans are located in the Closets. You will find individual, tip-over-safe, electric temperature-controlled space heaters for heat. Do not plug more than one in each bedroom, as one unit is more than adequate to heat each space.

Labor Day week

My now wife and I got married 9/4 and we were looking for a place to stay with all of our immediate family. This place was able to room all of us and we had a couple extra beds. Plenty of room and plenty of space. The beach access was awesome!
