Spring break trip

It was nice. Right on the beach. The owner of the house lives in the below unit. You have to share the patio with him which wasn’t a problem. I like that the windows open so fresh air can get in because you’re not allowed to use the air conditioning apparently. I would Probably stay here again.

Brothers' Getaway

Fun to get away with my brothers and just relax for a few days. The location was fantastic, the view was spectacular, and the accommodations were as good as advertised. There was something wrong with the outlets, but they had someone over within minutes and fixed the problem. The location is a little ways away from the crowds that gather by the pier, so it was just a nice quiet area free from all the things crowds bring. Great place for surfing. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location!

The location was perfect- could not have been better! Rental company was very quick to respond to messages. Apartment was clean, parking was easy to find on the street- as long are you aren’t looking peak time of day. We had a wonderful long weekend - came home feeling relaxed and refreshed!

Amazing views & perfect gem

Loved waking up to the view of the beach, surfers and dolphins. Enjoyed walking downstairs to hop right on the beach. The windows could use some updating, a little hard to crank open/close. Besides that the perfect gem! Definitely will stay again.

Great location to enjoy the beach!

Appreciated the covered parking, open floor plan and comfortable beds to sleep in. The only negative thing was the small ants when food was left on the counter. We had to keep food in the fridge to prevent from ants getting into the food.

Perfect place to stay

This property was a place I would live. It had everything we needed to enjoy Newport Beach. The place was very clean and the view was amazing. You can rent whatever you need from Beachview. They deliver. Nice place to ride bikes. Overall I would rent this place again. You will need a mid to small size car. Our Ford explorer fit just fine. Nothing bigger!

Just what we needed!

We loved our stay at this property! It was so amazing to be right on the beach! The only thing we wish was that there was air conditioning because it was really hot. Also parking is such a pain. We had two cars so one got to park in the garage but one we had to use street parking and with street cleaning we had to move it about 3 times.

Great Impression for Newport Beach

My wife and I are from Northern California and visit often as our family has and still live in SoCal. We are on somewhat of a tour of the home rentals in the region with a recent stay in Dana Point so we decided that Newport Beach was it this trip and we were not disappointed. We loved the place and everything about it… we generally note our favorites and this one will be at the top of our list so there’s a really good chance we’ll be back and soon!!! Wonderful weekend!! Blissful Peace

Overall the impression of the property, was clean and organized. You are literally steps from the sand. You are greeted daily with breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean from your front window.
