Clean, updated beach cottage on one of the most desirable streets on the Newport Beach Peninsula. Five houses from the beach and boardwalk. Short walk to bars, restaurants, shops, grocery store and pier. You can park your car and never leave. 1 garage spot, shared laundry onsite, bed linens and towels, new kitchen appliances and new furniture. Upstairs unit with patio and gas BBQ. 2 beach chairs, sand toys and 2 boogie boards provided.
