A half bath is conveniently located just off the kitchen. Across the entry hall, the laundry room has a full-size stacked washer and dryer, storage and plenty of counter space for doing laundry.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, each with its own en suite bath with a shower, walk in closet and flat panel TV. The back bedroom features two twin beds, the middle room, a queen. Infinity doors in the master open out onto the deck to bring beach and Catalina Island views front and center.
