Discover the beauty of Newport from this fabulous 1-bedroom bungalow w/loft. This cozy retreat features 1 full bed, 1 futon, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and a fully stocked kitchen that includes a dishwasher, stovetop, microwave and fridge/freezer with storage for included kitchen supplies. Enjoy amenities like radiant flooring and fireplace heating, wall unit AC, Roku TV, WiFi and a private patio. Immerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings and unwind in this terrific getaway. We think our place will help you experience everything Newport has to offer.

This historic location built in1870 is currently titled the "Sail Loft." This property used to house a "men only" tavern called the "Idle Hour" that had a secret knock at the front door and three tables where men would play Pitch while a bartender kept players well-served.

Great Newport experience!

House is situated conveniently on a peaceful and quiet block that is in walking distance of some very good restaurants and the Wharf. The inside is well maintained, with a very nice backyard patio. This is a perfect quaint spot for couples looking to just get out and spend time in the Newport area. Numerous activities are nearby; cliff walk, the outer perimeter road that outlines the coast. Mansions and little shops along with a small aquarium, to driving through Middletown up along the coast for more scenery. Would def book again!!!
