「Overall the hotel looks nice with lots of nice seating areas. However, there is a complete lack of customer care and attention to detail.
We had to wash out our coffee machine 12 times before the water was clear and not full of old grains. This had obviously not been cleaned in a long time!
There were 3 of us in a family room but there were only 2 sets of towels, 2 mugs, 2 glasses and 2 containers of water.
The thermostat on our shower was broken and was too hot. There was no way to reduce...
「The staff are very lovely but the rooms do need to be updated as beds are not very comfortable. Also, would appreciate if there was a coffee machine in the breakfast area, water at reception on arrival too.」
「. Room was clean however during the stay there was a lot of heat in the local area and the windows would not open more than an inch. Thankfully the staff were kind enough to provide a fan. Breakfast was very good as was the bar service and bar food.....the other resturant on site had a nice menu however there was a deal for a 3 course meal for €42 roughly per person the menu showed a starter a main and a desert choice however you could only pick 2 of those because tea or coffee was considered...
