Great little getaway

This was our second year coming to this vacation rental. Really love the area and the condo was perfectly located to it all! Looking forward to coming back next year!

Perfect place.

This was the perfect spot to stay. Right on the ocean. We loved sleeping with windows open listening to the waves. Close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Definitely will stay here again.

It was all good ! Best overall stay at the Oregon Coast, and I am an Oregonian!

Everything was easy, clean…..and the view….whew, whew, whew! Had everything we needed. Close to everything….. now, if you could flatten the hill….gooing down was easy….up, not so much ( I’m 84). But I’d do it again !

Great vacation rental!

Walked into a beautiful apartment! Plenty of room for two! The bed was comfortable with quality sheets and pillows. Very comfortable couch and living/bedroom combined. Pictures are accurate. Newer appliances so easy to use. Comfortable bathroom with a tall toilet for tall people! Even the utensils were great to use.We will be back for sure

Better than Expected!

This property was such a perfect place for us to stay during the Newport Seafood & Wine Festival. The building and parking lot are well lit so felt safe. The unit itself is so clean and cozy with just-right decor and a FABULOUS view of the beach and even the lighthouse (both day & night)! We had everything we needed. I plan to stay here again! The only improvements I would suggest are a more comfortable mattress and fixing the lock on the patio door.

Another great stay, though communication could be better

This was our second time staying here, and it's just lovely, suits our needs perfectly. We noticed a few improvements this year, new countertops, paint, and decor - keeping it fresh! We had difficulty with communication from the management company, both when we locked the keys in the unit (figuratively - it was the phone with the door code and instructions) and when we wanted to see if the unit was available to extend our stay an extra night - we didn't hear back until more than 2 weeks had passed.

Excellent location for walking to many things and easy access to the beach. Nye beach is a quaint neighborhood. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and local shops. The view from the condo cannot be beat.

Great beachfront stay!

Loved my stay at this property! It gave a great way to enjoy the stormy ocean from the comfort and warmth of the couch. Loved the easy access to Nye Beach and the bay front, as well as the Yaquina Head lighthouse just a ten minute drive away. Definitely would stay again!

Amazing stay!!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable condo. Perfect for a couple. Within walking distance of the Nye Beach entrance with easy beach access, a myriad of different restaurants and shops. 111 stairs from the property down to the beach. Easier to walk down the hill to the Mye Beach entrance!
