This home was everything I was looking for. Fully stocked for cooking. Great view of ocean and I could hear it at bedtime. Furniture was comfortable and loved decor. Can't wait to come back......and it's close to everything.

This house is beautiful our stay was excellent, we had a event that took place across the street this weekend And needed a little more that a hotel room for my family of 5. This place was Very well stocked, plenty of pots pans and dishes 😃. The cleanliness of this place brought a sense of comfort. I felt home sweet home. And Beds were super confortable.

It was as advertised. Beds were comfy though the futon was not. It was a lovely experience and just what we were looking for. Did not put linens in the washer as we left a day early out of necessity.

location was very good . house needs painted. curtains are barely functional the rods are literaley taped together making them hard to slide open and shut. the deck and picnic table are badly in need of paint. the north side of the deck realy needs to be closed off due to when the wind blows out of the north which it does there most the time it makes the deck unusable. i would stay there again and probably will but if perfection is your thing its probably not the place for you. ive stayed at a lot of places in and around newport and it always makes me wonder why would places like this not offer a licsensed contractor such as i am a weeks stay in exchange for labor work hell id do it . it would be the perfect working vacation.

We really enjoyed your rental in Newport Oregon. The place was clean, private, had a great view of the Pacific ocean, and the bed was very comfortable! Was pleasantly surprised. The home was in a great location, well stocked, very clean and cozy! Was close to everything with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend and stay again, will be back!

The property is in a convenient location and with an ocean view with a large upper deck. However all of the patio furniture was broken and unusable (the chairs all collapsed inward when anyone tried to sit in them or even put a hand on the seat). Living room and kitchen were very comfortable but the bedrooms and bathroom need work. Surfaces were wiped clean but sheets and bathmat were stained and worn very thin, bathroom grout was stained, and the bedroom ceilings are dirty old tiles. Overall, we had a fun trip! Just that it was more like staying in someone’s first apartment than a vacation.

This property is in a great location. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and Nye Beach main street where you will find places to eat, have a drink, shop. House is very well stocked. Lots of room (there was 5 of us). Plenty of parking and washer and dryer/

The view was awesome! House was clean and nicely set up. The ceilings in the bedrooms need fixed. My guest was afraid the ceiling in the room she had was going to fall on her.
