Highly Recommend for your Next Stay

Newport Lofts was the perfect place for the three of us to enjoy the restaurants and shops in Newport. The location was great, onsite parking and an absolutely gorgeous apartment - so comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. We will 100% stay with Newport Lofts again and recommend you do too.

Beautiful condo

Last minute getaway with my son. The condo was perfect for us. The location was fantastic. The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, roomy, and quiet. Floor fans and white noise machine in the bedrooms were nice touch. Everything looked exactly as the photos shown. Parking was easy and most places are a walkable distance. Highly recommend.

A Great spot in the heart of downtown Newport!

We absolutely loved this property! It was spacious, clean, and overlooked Thames street! Perfect for three couples as each too had its own attached bathroom. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Perfect Location - Beautiful Spacious Layout

Loved being right in the heart of everything. Restaurants were great as was the shopping, mansion tours, harbor boat tours and just a short drive to the beach. We will definitely be coming. back!

Girls Winter Weekend

The property was great! There were 3 in our group, and we loved that we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Property was clean, well-decorated and exactly as it appeared online. Property managers were super helpful whenever we had questions.

Last minute trip to Newport with the family

My husband, son and I planned a last minute get away to Newport. This place was amazing. The photos and description are spot on. You can’t beat the location. Right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. We parked in the two appointed spots for the unit and didn’t need to drive anywhere. You can walk to everything easily. The unit was very clean and well appointed. Each bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom which was perfect. We didn’t need to contact the owner because all instructions are easy to follow. We had a wonderful time and for sure will rent here again.

Great space and location

We had a great weekend in Newport and enjoyed our stay in this pretty condo. Everything you’d need in the kitchen, well decorated, all bedrooms had comfortable beds, TVs and their own bathrooms! Only negative was it can be loud because it’s located right on Thames St. It didn’t bother the heavy sleepers in our group and earplugs helped the rest! Thank you!

Perfect albeit loud

The three separate en-suite bed/baths were perfect for our family trip with adult children ages 21 and 25, plus the shared space together. The location was great for walking anywhere you want to go easily and the parking was next to the building - easy! The only thing that was somewhat challenging was the noise level. Being on the corner of hopping night life, it was very loud late at night (weekend). But more annoying was the noise from the unit next door, where actual words and conversation can be heard clearly through the shared skylight. This was heard at breakfast time and at night when the people came home. Never out of control, but if you are looking for a quiet get away this is not the spot for you. If you want to be in the action this location is perfect, which worked great for us.

Great location.

Nice space, but nothing like the pictures where I was told I would be staying. Fuse for the frig had to be switched at least 5 times a day. Sometimes tricky to access the unit itself.

Perfect condo to stay in!!

Loved the property and the location!!! Enjoyed every minute!! Would have liked an overhead fan in the bedrooms...only a suggestion as at night with the doors closed it gets a little warm. Would rent the property again in a heartbeat!!

Fun getaway place

Great space and love that each bedroom has a private bath. This was a great place for three couples. Great location too and it was decorated nicely. It did get hot in here, especially the bedrooms, and we were surprised there was no foil or Saran Wrap or paper towels. You really need to have dish towels available.

Perfect 3 bedroom condo with an open concept common area! They have everything you need for a perfect stay (except a wine opener)! Beds were very comfortable and the whole process was streamlined and seamless. I loved how management is at your fingertips should you have a questions. Looking forward to visiting again!

This is a very clean, stocked condo for 3 couples. Loved we all had clean, well appointed rooms with clean sheets, nice towels, amenities like a nice blow hair dryer and kitchen tools. We loved it!
