Perfect location, enjoyed being to walk and drop crab pots from the pier. Had plenty of parking. Very appreciative for place that allowed dogs.

View of a Lifetime

The location is star. Having an opportunity to watch boats and ocean creatures frolicking all day was wonderful! Within quick walking distance of a very long wooden fishing pier, a brewery with great food, a tsunami survival zone, an 1800's primitive graveyard and the beach. A state park is around the corner with many nice protected walking trails. The house was warm and clean and the spa was so wonderful after a day of walking and walking.

My friends and I traveled to Newport for the Newport Wine and Seafood Festival this past weekend and had a great experience staying here! It was cozy, clean, and had all the amenities you could ask for. It was also within walking distance to the festival which was the icing on the cake :)

Location is A+

We are 4 mothers with 12 year old daughters who are best friends. The 8 of us enjoyed this beautiful home, it’s location to the south jetty, yummy restaurants, and fun beach town shops! The rooms were beautiful and beds were comfortable! We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit! I would stay here again!

Fabulous getaway

This property was just as beautiful as the photos portray. Even better, it’s in a wonderful local. Close to a jetty, a beautiful beach, and a fairly short walk to the town over the impressive bridge. In addition, the amenities are great.

Beautiful home, awesome hosts

Our trip was last minute and I did not think we would find a place that was this nice! We were able to do one night instead of the 2 night minimum everywhere else! Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The home was beautiful and we will definitely be back!

We've been fortunate to have stayed several times in Lauri's beautiful place here in Newport. This is a high-end place with a view of the bridge and the channel. You really have it all here.

Great family time

The property was very nice with a lot of upgrades to the house. We enjoyed the hot tub. The beds were super comfortable. We were disappointed that there were no crab rings.

Being so close to the water and bridge was relaxing and so convenient. The house had plenty of room for us (4 adults and 2 toddlers). The host checked in on us and quickly helped us with a wifi issue. We would definately would choose this house again.

Beautiful location, lovely views, lovely home.

We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed riding bikes and exploring. The sea lions played right out the front window. The kitchen was reasonably stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils, but would appreciate some plastic/parchment/foil wraps and storage containers with lids.

Family and Fishing!

The property was very nice and seemed to have enough room for the 6 of us. (four adults and two children). We moored our boat at the marina and spent most of our time fishing. We all limited out on Coho.

This is the perfect Newport place to stay...The house is beautiful and fully equipt...access to Jetty or marina or brewery just steps away...Very dog friendly...One of the most amazing views in Newport....and terrific customer service!!! Thank you Lauri :)

Great location!

Very nice house, with many thoughtful touches. The location was great, with beautiful views. It was just as represented in the listing. My only suggestion is to have screens on more than one window, and replace the warped ping-pong table. I would definitely recommend this house for a family vacation.

Can’t Beat the View

This was our first time to Newport and we were extremely happy with the location of our stay. The place is setup with a sitting area for views of the harbor and it was perfect. Even my two year old son would just go sit in front of the window and watch the boats go in and out. The house is clean and well equipped. My only suggestion would be screens on the windows so bugs don’t get in while cooling the place off. We would definitely stay here again.

WONDERFUL!

This location was perfect! From the views of Yaquina Bay Bridge to the watching birds and sea lions in the jetty to being able to walk to Rogue Brewing, the Aquarium and the beach this place was a perfect fit for our family and two dogs. The home is big enough for two families. The kitchen was large and stocked. The bedrooms are large and accommodating and of course the hot tub is fabulous! It’s a very short drive to Nye Beach and the bay district. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Newport again!
