“Upon entering the room my grandson was killed some kind of bug. The microwave was dirty and had an awful brunt smell, the coffee pot looked as if it had not be cleaned in years. I expected better from a Wyndham property.”

“This was our first trip to stay at this very nice hotel. I am a hotel snob and I was very pleased. The only thing missing from our room was a microwave. Just a small one would be so nice. If I had to say there was anything that I disliked, it would be that we kept blowing fuses in the room .The shower is beautiful but there’s not enough pressure to get soap out of your hair if you have long hair very quickly. There is a very nice seat that you can sit down, but the water pressure does not allow……

“Not a great experience- we will not return. Location of property not where we expected- would select a room located in town with walking distance to shops and sites next time. Access to property difficult. Climate control of overall property hallways and room had a damp feel in the air. King bed was lumpy. Toilet ran extremely slowly after a flush and was basically non-functioning - ick. Use of first floor public restroom as a back up was equally disappointing as that area was filthy - no one……

“The internet did not work in my hotel room; I had to stay in the hotel lobby in order to get internet. The rooms were nice and the breakfast was lovely. The big negative is the property management unilaterally changed my reservation without talking to or confirming with me. When I arrived on the first date of my reservation, they had booked the entire hotel and had no rooms available for me and told me to stay the first night of my reservation down the road at the Hampton Inn and Suites.”

“My husband and I stayed here for the weekend with our two children. It was quiet, and pretty clean. You could tell they are still in the process of making improvements to the place. But for the price we paid, it was better than expected. We also really only needed a place to shower and sleep the rest of the time we were on the beach or at the park across the street. It was a nice little weekend getaway.”

“I love the decorations and show casing the Marines. Being a Marine mom made me proud. Clean room.”

“The views were amazing!! The room was cleaned with great detail and met our expectations. The pool and hot tub left a lot to be desired. It was green during our stay. The biggest disappointment was having to pay for parking. I did call to inquire about the parking and was told in exchange for paid parking you get free chairs and umbrellas. After arriving I was told the chairs were first come first serve so obviously they were all taken. We had to buy chairs once we got ready to go to the beach.……
