“When we checked in the ladies at the desk acted rude and hateful. They acted as if they did not want to be there. They tried to charge $84 for parking which we were unaware of. Then on the last night we found 3 large cockroaches and have pictures of them. The bathtub in the master bathroom felt like it was going to fall through. The pressure in the bathroom water was poor.
