"July 2024. What a lovely property. Very very clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and well equiped and the view from that huge window! Wow. Communication - Had a small problem with the freezer when we arrived at 7.30pm, phoned the given number and someone was with us within half an hour. Great service. Area - communal picnik table and grass area, 5 min walk to Porth beach, the first of many in the area, 40min walk to Newquay Town. Coastal path right outside taking you in both directions...

"Agent communication before and during the stay was excellent and very helpful. Really good use of a small space and some nice interior design. Bedroom and bathroom a pretty good size and has a clothes rack and dressing table. The front room has a handy kitchen area. We used the futon as a bed which wasn’t that comfy but was handy as an extra bed. Was very noisy at night sleeping at the front due to people walking past the house throughout the night - presumably after being dropped off at...

"We had a wonderful trip to Cornwall, made even better by Jon and Niamh's lovely apartment. The apartment has amazing views of Fistral beach and the beach can be accessed by a very quick 5 minute clamber down the rocks, which was ideal for our family. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, and Jon and Niamh were really responsive and helpful throughout our stay."
