Nice clean property with a wonderful view. The property is quiet at night. Located on a quieter bay and within walking distance of busier bays and the town. It has everything you need and the basement storage and showers are really useful after a day on the beach.

The apartment was really nice. Very clean and contemporary. View were stunning. Entrance to building left a lot to be desired and was in poor repair.. Newquay had some nice shoes but most of the town wasn't for us

All i can say is wow! This apartment was amazing, from the location, to the quality apartment, awesome private balacony and shared roof top terrace, I can't recommend this place enough! Not sure how I'll sleep without the sounds of the waves! Can't wait to rebook!

Lovely apartment with tremendous location and sea view. Close to all amenities. Convenient secure underground parking. All areas of Cornwall accessible by car within an hour. Only issue was unreliable lift to 5th floor.

Unmatched views of the beach and coast. Brilliant body boarding beach within 5min walk. Tolcarne Beach resort a hidden gem - great restaurant, great cafe, great beach - within 5min walk. Fantastic pizza restaurant Secret Garden within 3min walk. Aldi and Asda within 5min walk. Wet suit drying room with board locker very useful.

Very well equipped & comfortable apartment. Amazing views out to sea. We enjoyed a lovely peaceful break for a few nights in October. Lots to explore around the area. We loved the beaches especially finding the cave through to the next beach. We can’t wait to come back again.

Nino the manager connected with us prior to our stay and just before our arrival. He was so friendly and informative.He came up to the suite and showed us around. The condo is decorated beautifully. It was spotless. The photos are exactly what you get. I did have a couple of conversations with Bina the owner prior and she was lovely. We had a great time and would love to return..

This apartment was fantastic. It is even better than the pictures. Nino stopped up right after we arrived and gave us good tips on the place that were helpful. The arrival information provided ahead of time was exactly what we needed. We highly recommend this rental and would love to come back.

The property is fantastic. Immaculately clean, incredibly thoughtfully kitted out, a fantastic location, gorgeous views, amazing beach kit available to use, thoughtful management support. The broadband wasn’t as strong as we would have liked, 10Mbps but Nino and Bina work with the service provider to try to improve things for us. The beds were very comfortable and user friendly. The bathrooms and showers were great too. The kitchen was fully equipped and the surfer’s locker downstairs is an added bonus. All in all, we would happily return.

I cannot fault this property at all. From arrival to departure, everything was perfect. I still miss laying in bed watching the body boarders fiorst thing in the morning. Fantastic in every way.

I highly recommend this property and the owner. The location and views speak for themselves of course, however they are there to be enjoyed as everything else was so easy and professional. The check-in and greeting, the quality and cleanliness of the interior, somewhere safe to park the car plus the support from the owner and her associates made the trip effortless, so all there was left to do was enjoy the experience. I hope to be back very soon.

I don’t normally review as am usually underwhelmed with holiday apartments but not this time. This is in a great location, within minutes of the town and beach and with fabulous views. The basement parking was a real bonus, especially in the heat. Well equipped and had everything you needed. The property manager was very helpful and happy to share local knowledge which was much appropriated.

We spent ten days with our teenage daughers (17 and 18) in Bina's wonderful apartment. The short summary reads: everthing was perfect... we cannot think of anything that could be improved. Starting with the nice and helpful contact to the caretaker, the location and the stunning view from the living room and both bedrooms, the wonderful rooftop terrace to the extensive list of equipment and appliances. The entire apartment was very clean and tidy, the kitchen well equiped and the shelves stocked with books and board games. Beaches, shops, restaurants, and many local attractions within easy walking distance. We wholeheartedly recommend the place.

Beautifully appointed and well equipped apartment. Great views from the small balcony and large adjoining terrace. Good location for walk into town centre; although be prepared for steps down to Newquay's renowned beaches. We had a car, but regular buses stop nearby for many destinations including Truro, Falmouth, Padstow etc. The property manager Nino was very welcoming and informative. We, a family with two teenagers, have spent a week at best weather and enjoyed the great location of the flat, directly next to Tolcarne Beach, less than five minutes walk. Hard to improve anything here, starting from the parking garage, welcoming at arrival, support during the stay, and the equipment and inventory of the flat. The locker rooms and shower in the basement make it easy to drop clothes and surfboards and keep the flat clean. We can fully recommend this apartment! Many thanks to all again!

The flat was beautiful. The decor really was amazing . But everything about it said “look but don’t touch .” You will have to pay for it!! The seating was terrible ! Not suitable for older visitors . Very low settees and chairs . Had to use cushions to build up height wherever I sat . I was never comfortable! Had to go into the bedroom to sit on the bed and watch the sea view ! Very disappointed! Cutlery needs replacing , very old and scratched.

The first thing you see when you walk into this apartment are the jaw dropping views of the sea. Once you take your eyes away from that you are in the most beautiful apartment that is obviously loved, very well maintained and extremely well equipped. We had the most wonderful time here, sheer luxury to lay in bed and watch the waves and surfers. Nino the property manager was a joy, extremely informative with plenty of local knowledge. If we come back to this area in the future we would not bother to look for anywhere else to stay this is "la creme de la creme". Thank you for letting us share your piece of paradise.
