Great place very convenient to everything!! House was beautiful. Perfect for our group of 20. We had a few adults (50-60) and mostly people 21-30. Rooms were very nice and quiet. Great kitchen and eat in dining area. Great outdoor area for lawn games, fire and jacuzzi. Reservation and check-in was easy and the host was easy to deal with.

Lots of space, convenient access to Sunday River

This place was great for our group of 4 young ski families. There was enough space for everyone to hang out comfortably and the in-law unit above the garage offered a quieter space to escape for a bit. The drive to Sunday River was an easy 10min, and the 3 car garage allowed all of us to park (and recharge) our cars easily. The driveway was in great condition and had been plowed thoroughly, so no one had trouble getting in or out. Happy we stayed here and would definitely return in the future for a large group trip!

Excellent ski stay

House was beautiful. Enough group spaces for all to watch movies and football together or aprt. Kitchens had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Hot to was a blessing after a day on the slopes. Less than 10 minutes to the slopes. Would recommend to all. The use of the garage was a great bonus to unload . Recommend this house for a big group!!! wHadapart!

Christmas ski trip

We stayed over there for three night over Xmas holidays. The property is very organized and beautiful. The kitchen is equipped very well. The beds are very nice and comfy. Great location, it’s right near Sunday River ski resort.

Excellent Location; Great outdoor space

The house was extremely well stocked and well organized. Caroline was a great and communicative host checking in and ensuring everything went well as necessary throughout our stay. There was more than enough room for everyone in our group of 14 to sleep. Plenty of great games both indoor and outdoor at the house. The local area guide was a very useful addition as well.

Family Weekend

We rented this property for our annual family weekend. The house and the property were perfect, it had everything we needed for an amazing weekend. What a blockbuster of a house

We were a group of 20 people. As soon as we got there we were in an awe looking at the property. It was well maintained & fully stocked with all the necessary items. The property manager was very helpful in any questions we had & she was very quick to respond. The views from the house were amazing. Also enjoyed the ac in all rooms. We would definitely return in the future & recommend anyone to stay at this house. The house was also spacious & the game room is also great.
