"After a long drive, we had a wonderful welcome when booking into this hotel motel. We were delighted with the complimentary breakfast boxes, as we had another long journey the next day. We hit on a 'parma & pot' night and the dining/bar area was full of locals and a great atmosphere. "

"Didn’t see the host. No upkeep outside eg the garden and house. Didn’t look welcoming. Second bedroom to small for 2 single beds. But we managed it was cheap enough "

"Overall a nice stay. The house is basic but was all we needed. Two of the queen beds were too hard to be slept in and people opted for floor instead. The upstairs shower had amazing water pressure. But as other guests have noted the upstairs kitchen was not able to be used. There was no hand soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods etc, however we contacted them and they were happy enough to drop them off. "

"This is a magical corner of Victoria. We had a very comfortable stay in Mallacoota. The property was exactly as described on the VRBO website. It was spotlessly clean. The kitchen had all the appliances, crockery and cutlery we required. The linen in the bedrooms and bathrooms were freshly laundered. The only hiccup was with the VRBO website, which was supposed to provide us with instructions to access the property. While it did provide a link 72 hours before check-in, there was no information, other than a photograph of the house. However, Amelia, the property manager promptly responded to my request for information, when I contacted her. She was very helpful and provided us with the access details right away. We will certainly be back in the future."
