Spectacular Home in Newtown

My family and I spend the most wonderful four days at this property. The home and the grounds are beautiful and impeccably maintained. The kitchen is one of the best appointed for a rental property I have ever experienced. And the hosts were A++ responsive and made our stay enjoyable and seamless.

Great stay!

My family stayed at this house and had a great time! Last summer we came for a long weekend. This year we extended our stay to 10 days. The house is modern, well designed, and very functional. The backyard is huge, the landscaping is beautiful and the pool/hot tub is a delight. We grilled on the porch and roasted marshmallows every night. Tony and Jenna were super helpful getting us set up and addressing any questions that came up. We definitely plan to come back next summer!

Family weekend

We have family from multiple states meet at least yearly for a long weekend (ages 9-75). This is one of the most beautiful and well-stocked homes we have chosen. We love to cook most meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of games and things to do (playground, air hockey, cards/games, quiet space for reading, etc.). Of note, we have a special needs child who had a (not unexpected) emergency while there - the EMS response was phenomenal. Highly recommend this property. Quiet residential neighborhood and the leaves this time of year were amazing. Outstanding communication with property management company as well!

Gorgeous house and pool!

We recently stayed in Merlin's Escape and had a wonderful time! I'm from the area and needed another space to host my family. The house was absolutely perfect for our needs and the pool was so nice during the heat wave. The house had everything we needed included games and books and plenty of pool towels. The property manager Tony responded quickly to any concerns we had. My family was already scheming to come back!

Merlins Escape - Beautiful, Amenity-Rich Home in a Tranquil Setting

This beautiful home and property is located in a peaceful and friendly neighborhood, making it perfect for daily walks and biking. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances for serious gourmet cooking and bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and bedding. We took advantage of all the amenities the home has to offer including the gym, movie theatre, game room, pool and spa. It was easy to unwind and have fun without ever needing to leave the property. Every detail was thoughtfully organized for comfort and convenience, making our stay truly exceptional. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-appointed retreat.
