“Ice machine wasn't working but staff found a place and filled my cup with ice. Room was canceled by Jennie the night before we arrived but staff fixed and checked us in Also, when I arrived at my room, the door was already ajar. I opened it with my foot and was nervous someone was in my room. Just a little scary and confusing.”

“Lovely place to stay, and the town is a fun one to explore, but for the price we pay, the continental breakfast is so disappointing, all cheap carbs. If they just improved the breakfast offerings, it would be a top-rated inn.”

“I love the view of the river and the outdoor patio. I booked a riverview king room on Expedia however when I got there the desk clerk gave me a non river view room. When I went to complain she said somewhat smugly “next time book it direct with us and maybe you won’t have these problems” and handed me a business card. She did not get me a river view room and I was too tired to fight about it. Poor customer service skills.”

“Bad insulation noise controls,bad smoke, and dirty floor. We can’t sleep because of next door customer’s snoring all night, and his dog keeps digging and barking. It seems like there was bug. My wife got bug bites next morning. And the swimming pool was freezing. The hot tub was so dirty, the dead skin floating .we booked a non-smoke room, but once we opened the door, the serious smoke right into our face. We asked for change, but the front desk only provided one option, give us refund(ps:It was……

“Very spacious room! Very comfortable. Really good breakfast. The air conditioner did not seem to work. When i reported it upon checkout, the receptionist said she would have it checked out.”

“It’s about 2 steps above an hourly motel. Most of the occupants looked like individuals just getting by… with all their belongings in their vehicles and in front of the motel doors. I had to sign additional forms regarding deep fat fryers, cooking supplies, pets and daily inspections. The room we stayed in was just renovated and was nice and comfortable but they were out of soap so they gave us shampoo to wash our hands. They tried…and everything else was sold out in the area because of……

“Clean, cute, and comfortable. They were very easy to coordinate with. Would stay there again.”

“Very nice place to stay. It is about 5 miles south of Kamiah. Much bigger than expected, very clean and well stocked with all cooking items. Internet worked well and had A/C. We would definitely stay there again or in their adjacent rental. Only downside is that it is right on the highway and although traffic noise can be loud at times it did not bother us too much. We were very impressed and no hesitation staying there again.”
