「It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had in my almost 40 years of travelling. The water bottles no matter big or small need to pay(not what they told us when we checked in) and I feel cheated and humiliated when they told us we’d destroyed the opening ( not really opened) a bottle of wine which no label on it. I didn’t even see where it was and my husband told me it was on the top of the shelf. I strongly suggest hotels.com evaluate the hotel because I don’t want other guests be cheated...

「Stayed for four nights. Staff was incredible. Friendly and accommodating. The front desk associate, Ling was especially nice. Very good breakfast served until 10am, with buffet style options as well as a menu. Room was very clean, comfortable and modern. They give you complimentary fruit platter in your room on arrival. They also give you a snack upon checkout. Ling was even nice enough to walk me out and help me get a grab ride.」

「Hotel in good location near Hoan Kiem lake, with plenty of cafe and restaurants nearby. Good breakfast, made to order, better reserve at least 30 min to enjoy due to order taking and cooking time. Beware the main door is locked after midnight 」
