"We had the pleasure of staying in 2 different TroBee Nha Trang Oceanus Condos during our trip to Nha Trang during our 4 night stay Feb 13-17/20. We (my family of 5) initially booked the iBeach Apartment, Nha Trang, but when we arrived, we were told the owner cancelled the booking without letting us know and there was no room for us. "I liked the sea view from the apartment, the layout and style, but the reception is very poor, the elevators /lifts are so long and so hot inside, the hallways to the room are also hot and stuffy, no fans no air. There was a musty smell inside the unit when first come in because they don’t keep the air conditioner on, it runs only when you insert your key card in the slot to turn the power on for the whole unit. "The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Communications were 1000/10! However, there were little things broken in the room. The TV wasn’t a smart TV, pretty much no content. House keeping also wasn’t the best. I don’t think they spend more than 5 mins in the room. The breakfast buffet was top notch tho. Overall maybe 4.5/5. Some areas are awesome but some others need improvement."
