"Nice and quiet location at Niagara. Breakfast really good. Neat and clean property. Wego Bus stop just few meters walk to go all over the Niagara. Will return to the property stay once again."

"The bedding and shower looked clean although the room did not look vacuumed. Small note that there is no Microwave in the room, the pool needs a reservation to use and the splash pad (kids pool) is only open/available on weekends. They did allow us to check in 2 hours early which was appreciated. We called prior to get mine and another guests rooms on the same floor and we ended up 6 floors apart which was unfortunate but was manageable since we were both close to the elevator on our floors. The view was worth it for sure 👍"

"Negative : - No new Kleenex replacement avail, few sheets remain on the holder. -Incomplete set of towels -few drops of body wash left in the bottle inside the bathroom -no complimentary water being given -No microwave oven -complimentary coffee tastes awful. Positive : They were able to check us in earlier than sched."

"Good hotel overall. Unfortunately, the room we originally booked was unavailable at check-in. However, the staff and manager, Luca, handled the situation professionally and upgraded us to a room with a Fallsview for the inconvenience. The team was very accommodating and made a genuine effort to ensure we still had a great trip despite the issue."

"Super dingy hotel. When we checked in they checked us into a dirty room, then moved us to a cleaner room. Things were still super rough. Parking is crazy and hard to manage. Quiet time is 10pm which I feel is super late for a kids hotel… kids were screaming and running around until 10pm knocking on doors disturbing everyone. If you have littles who can’t sleep with noise like other crazy kids this is not going to be the place for you! They have windows that show you each court yard which is pretty weird and the lights shine in all night so you don’t get any dark time. Would not recommended this place! Waterpark was nice though, small enough for just a couple hours. Kids have to be 40in tall to really go down any slides but nice small splash pad and wave pool for little. Have to buy ur own towels which is dumb."
