It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The person at reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It's walking distance to the falls, where we saw fireworks. Room has a microwave and fridge.

Beds were clearly clean, room was in overall good condition. I believe the owner is who I was helped by. We arrived at 2am and came down to check us in, and refunded me when I didn’t end up using the late checkout that I paid for. Overall good stay, would come again.

Close to Clifton Hill 7 minute walking distance. Breakfast was very basic with 3 items available. Staff were super helpful when needed. Rooms could use a good revamping or a big clean-up at the very least. Would still recommend as a "budget" friendly hotel. Parking 10$/day.

The 4 of us adults stayed and shared a room for 7 nights at this hotel and just returned home last week. The hospitality is outstanding! Very helpful and they remedied any issue we had rather quickly. This is an amazing location. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere we needed to go every day. The parking was very reasonable and we felt safe. They have security cameras and monitor them closely. This isnt a 5 star hotel, and they dont claim to be either, but it was everything 4 senior adults needed. I give them 5 stars for going above and beyond.

Nothing, Very average Motel. But was good except No tea coffee in room. Not even bottle of water. Room was okay. Breakfast timings Very limited 7=9am We assume it should be at least 10: 30am So, Miss Breakfast. Staff was helpful.

Clean and comfortable

Rooms were clean and staff seemed to be trying really hard to ensure guest happiness. The continental to-go breakfast in the morning was absolutely delightful. I would stay here again. Affordable and only a ten minute walk to Clifton Hill!
