This was a very decent place to stay with great location and price. I would've preferred had the hours of the waterpark/hot tub been linger as i found after being out all day being able to soak in the hot tub before bed would've been nice. The 8pm closing time was just too early for my liking. Having the wego stop right outside the hotel lobby doors was awesome as i was able to just leave the car and still be able to get to all the attractions hassle free.

Although the room is really simple & feel like having some history already, it’s surprisingly clean & well maintained! Just 2 mins walk from the room to water park; simply call the front desk when able to check out, walk out leaving the door card at room; easy & fast, the family was having a great time at Victoria Holiday!

We went for one night, the room and service perfect, but the issue was with the people there, there was a dance competition, all the day and night people in the hallway talking loudly kids playing and running, until 12 am we couldn’t take any rest until I called the reception. The water in waterpark with High degree of chlorine that made all clothes white and cased a red spots into my daughter chest

The water park was great for the kids. They upgraded our room for free which was awesome. There was some rough looking properties in the area and the pillows could have been better.

Staff was apathetic, toilet not working. Had to lift the tank to adjust the float so it would flush each time. Advised the desk, and was dismissed. Overpriced hotel for condition. If your children are older, the Waterpark is entertaining for about an hour. No late check out offered, and to pay for parking when the rate is high was unreasonable.

This Hotel has everything you need and is great for families. It is conveniently located near many restaurants and stores for shopping. Very close to Clifton Hill and other Niagara attractions. Having Boston Pizza in the hotel was super convenient. Rooms were clean and it is very family friendly. The beds were way too soft but other than that.. rooms were clean and nice. I saw that they were building an outdoor playground that looked almost finished. This is a great idea and will be a great addition to this hotel. The waterpark is a good size and wasn't crazy busy. It was good for younger children. It was my son's first water park and we chose this hotel as we knew it wouldn't be too overwhelming like the bigger parks in Niagara.

This resort hotel was great for the kids. The rooms were nice but i think the beds need upgrading. Towels are small for bath towels and those need upgrading. Overall, will be back.

I loved the property but it’s frustrating when we get there early and ready for waterpark since we booked it online (hotel and waterpark) we thought we can go ahead and check in later for the room but they didn’t let us swim until 2pm. “Hotel rule, that’s the front staff said. Anyways, lesson learnt.

Convenient property with Boston pizza on site. Terrible breakfast, too expensive. Parking cost is too expensive. Water park is dated, small, not upgraded. Room cost is typical for Niagara but is high because it includes waterpark passes. not worth it

Our room was filthy and the front desk staff were hit or miss. Some were kind and others moody. The rooms had weird stinky smells as we stayed with a group of people. Beds were very uncomfortable. Over priced for the quality.

The water park was great, our 19 month old loved it. He had such a fun time and it’s perfect for little ones. The hotel was decent for the price. We went on a Sunday Monday so it wasn’t as expensive. The hotel is dated. First impression is the room was probably a previous smokers room. Smelled of farts 💨 and darts. 🚬 the rooms above us sounded like a marching band every night until midnight. The walkout room was convenient for accessing the vehicle though. The mattress was vintage- likely came with construction of hotel. Pillows were lumpy. BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS!! Overall fun family trip… don’t expect a fancy room. But it had a fridge and microwave which is convenient for snacks.

The kids enjoyed the waterpark, but the motel itself is dated, dirty, and has ants. Multiple rooms in our group suffered with an ant infestation. Ants were crawling on them while they were sleeping. No fitness center. Our room wasn’t cleaned once in our three night stay. The cleaner left a note to say they couldn’t clean because we had “personal items” on the bed. Our daughter had a sweatshirt on the bed. We will not be returning.

Guest rooms are provided stay over service (change of towels, garbage removal, beds tidied and a vacuum) each day unless not required by the guest, our housekeeping team will not make beds if personal items are on them
