Room was clean, it was somewhere to sleep, and the hosts made breakfast in the morning (eggs, eggs waffles, sausage, pastries, and a plate of fruit). Bed was very hard which didn’t lend itself to a good nights sleep for either of us. The shower was inside of a claw foot tub with a very small area to shower within the perimeter of a shower curtain that constantly sticks to you while you’re in there. Also worth a note, as a 5’3” woman I hit my head a few times on the shower head.

It’s a lovely home in a convenient location. The rooms were great and we particularly enjoyed the balconies. The staff were helpful and the onsite parking was good to have. However, the property needs a bit better upkeep but overall we were happy with our stay.

We had an excellent experience during my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Although the house was built in 1895, it has been beautifully maintained while preserving its historic charm. The breakfast was delicious, and we had the opportunity to chat with and meet other guests, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The property needs some loving care. Exterior has deteriorated. Pool was out of commission and looks like it has been for quite some time. Rooms were clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was very good - fresh eggs, sausage, fruit, pastries, coffee. Sat at dining room and was served just after 8:30. Approximately 30-40 minutes walk to the falls. Good value for the cost.
