Great location, parking and decent breakfast included. There is some renovation going on in one part of the building, but it didn't bother us. The stuff is friendly and very helpful. I have been in this hotel several times already and it always satisfied our requirements.

Free parking is awesome for Niagara Falls close to all the fun stuff on Clifton hill. They also had free breakfast in morning which was simple but fine. Because they were renovating at the time we got a room in in renovated part. That was more shabby than great. The lobby area is pretty nice with a French quarter look.

The air conditioning in the room did not work, they tried to fix it but needed parts and didn't get it fixed. I think someone owes me a refund or a discount because the air conditioning didn't work and they could not put us in a similar room.

We stayed for 2 nights and had the waterpark package. I will start by saying we got upgraded to a nicer room as the hotel is under renovations right now, the room was nice! Not the cleanest, but renovated and new. We had a couple issues, our coat hanger fell out of the wall and the shower had an issue with only having super hot water.. but the staff did quickly come and help! The breakfast at the hotel was great, you get a couple choices of cereal, bread and then they make egg and sausages for breakfast sandwiches! The waterpark is across the street and a pretty quick walk, one thing we didn’t realize was the waterpark has its own hours for each day of the week so be sure to check before going!

We had a pleasant stay overall and appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and many aspects of our experience were positive. We would like to offer a small suggestion regarding the breakfast setup. While the food quality was good, we noticed that the egg omelette was placed directly beside pork sausage patties (as shown). As Muslim vegetarians, this made it difficult for us to enjoy that option. It would be greatly appreciated if these items could be kept separately or clearly designated to better accommodate different dietary vegans needs. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope this feedback helps enhance the experience for future guests.

Very very very old rooms with noice from some fan from the ceiling that you can’t turn off. Holes on the wall. Bathroom seems clean. I can tell the other area because things in the room is tooooo old and dark. One of the bedroom can’t be blacked out. Lights from the hallway makes the room so bright at night. Breakfast is good! If you want to go to the water park in a low cost, it’s ok to stay for 1 night.

This hotel has seen better times. The location and proximity to the water park is great but it does not compensate the VERY rundown rooms and overall POOR conditions ( windows not opening, dirty carpets, ripped sheets….). The breakfast was great as long as you are ok with guests wearing pj’s.

Rooms are outdated but does the trick. Day staff were great, night staff were very rude. We had bottled water at the pool well watching the kids, and the night staff came right in gave us such a hard time rudely about it. We were told to pretty much remove our water bottles or leave. Breakfast, forget it. Literally three breads and questionable eggs, but a whole long counter of condiments?? Where is the fresh fruit, yogurt or even pancakes? We stayed here for the fact of the breakfast with kids to save us on one meal, well we still had to take them out and other families were also doing the same.

Hotel bien situé mais je croyais que les glissades d'eau étaient a l'hôtel et compris dans le prix. Dessus car c'est la première photo de l'hôtel. La décoration date des ann1980 et les corridors sont endommagés mais les lits sont confortables.
