Room is adequately clean. Bed is very old and needing replacement. Bed springs can be felt. Pillows are very flat. Overflow parking is an unpaved separate lot that does not seem to be monitored. Parking lot is not gated and is prone to a lot of curious people.

They advertise a hot tub. They do not have a hot tub. That’s one of the reasons I chose the hotel then they charged an additional 20 something dollars for parking our room that we had the shower had a hole in it and was covered with white tuck tape, the water didn’t drain properly when you stepped into the tub it felt like you were falling through the floor on the second last day they offered to move us because of maintenance problems, but we left the hotel a day early and they didn’t do anything to try to rectify it or give us a credit for next time going to the property, but I won’t go back to the property because on Expedia they charge $50 a night and it ends up costing me $125 a night which I could’ve got a four star hotel that had everything that they advertised and not have a damaged tub that was having a hard time with the water going down after having a shower because of the duct tape and the splits in the floor

I booked for two nights and after check in only I came to knew that there will be no water availability for the next day from 11am-03 pm. The hotel has to inform this at the time of check in or before booking. They were put the notice in all the elevators. I saw this after check in, I don't had any other options as I was already check in. Next day the we four of the family couldn't go outside because of this. My two children were not able to use the washroom and we were exhausted. We asked about this at the reception and they said you can cancel booking for one day and will give the refund for one night.i checked the price of rooms at other hotels and all prices were high as the time already reach 3 pm. The water didn't came at 5:30 pm also and then we started to vacate and we cancelled for next day and took the refund and check-in at another hotel. I send mail to Expedia about this issue and don't got any replay. Also I called the help line of Expedia.

The front desk staff were not very welcoming or kind, which was disappointing. In the past, children used to receive a complimentary snack at check-in, but when I asked about it this time, the staff looked at me as if I was asking for something unreasonable. That experience felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. The elevators were also consistently overcrowded. I understand it was Family Day and the hotel was busy, but waiting more than 15 minutes just for an elevator to reach your floor is excessive. For a hotel, that kind of delay is not acceptable. They should consider investing in faster or more efficient elevators to better accommodate their guests, especially during peak times. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

We stayed here for one night and booked two rooms on the 6th floor. Pros: The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast didn’t have a huge variety, but everything was fresh and tasty. The indoor pool was warm, which was great for the kids. The location is convenient — everything is within walking distance. Cons: Unbelievably, the mattress in the middle was completely sunken in. It was very uncomfortable. The soundproofing was poor — we could hear noise from other rooms. The bathroom faucet was broken. Would I stay again? Unfortunately, no. A good night’s sleep is the most important part of a hotel stay, and we were not able to sleep comfortably because of the mattress.
